Shipping policy

Thank you for your enterade.com order!  

Orders require 1 business day to process at our warehouse, and then they are shipped via the method chosen during check out. 

Please keep in mind that orders do not move on weekends or holidays.  

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships. Keep an eye on your Spam folder in case it lands there!

If you do not receive tracking information within 3-4 days of placing your order, email support@enterade.com so that we can make sure that things are progressing and provide you with an update.
