Refunds and Replacement Policy
At Entrinsic Bioscience, we stand behind our products, and we hope that you are fully satisfied.
If you are unsatisfied with an enterade® product that you purchased from enterade.com, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund up to 60 days from the original date of purchase.
To request a refund or replacement, please call us at 1-855-368-3723 or complete our Contact Us Form with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number (from enterade.com)
- Specific reason for refund or replacement request
You must submit your request within 60 days of the date of purchase.
If a refund is issued, such refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
If you purchased from a different retailer such as Amazon or Walmart, please refer to their return/refund policy.
Please note that orders placed on enterade.com are immediately processed and packed in an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Accordingly, we are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been processed.
