This satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per household.
Replacements are only offered in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in a way that may affect safety or quality. Replacement requests must be supported by a description of the issue and may require photos.

- Specific reason for refund or replacement request
You must submit your request within 60 days of the date of purchase.
If a refund is issued, such refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
